Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael A. Grinston visited Fort Hood's People First Center Oct. 28, 2021. The People First Center opened it's doors earlier in the month as a soft start for a more intensive training focusing on creating a supportive environment for leaders and Soldiers. Grinston spoke to leading experts and trainers at the center, those who work in specialties such as the Sexual Harassment and Assault Response Program, the Army Substance Abuse Program, equal opportunity, suicide prevention, master resiliency training, spirituality, and the Family Advocacy Program. Grinston received a tour, an in-depth briefing from stakeholders, and viewed an emersion training that included domestic violence and sexual assault. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Melissa N. Lessard)
