Roper, deputy commander, U.S. Northern Command, and vice commander, U.S. Element, North American Aerospace Defense Command, center, receives a tour from Rear Adm. Carlos Sardiello, director, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) Maritime Operations Center (MOC) Oct. 25, 2021.
