Rock Island Arsenal – Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center hosted Brig. Gen. Christine Beeler, commanding general, Army Contracting Command (ACC) for a factory tour, Oct. 26 at Rock Island Arsenal, Ill. During her visit, Beeler evaluated how ACC supports the mission at RIA-JMTC, especially the Army’s Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence. Some materiel purchased for the programs at the Center of Excellence is contracted through ACC so collaboration is important in supporting the needs of the Warfighter
