    MERIDIAN, Miss. (Oct. 29, 2021) Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) Rear Adm. Robert Westendorff congratulates Lt. Dennis J. Madden on his selection as CNATRA Aeromedical Safety Officer (AMSO) of the Year for fiscal year 2021.
