U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Johnathan O’Connor, 23rd Operations Support Squadron combat intelligence cell non-commissioned officer in charge, sets up a Deployed Intelligence Combat Element kit during exercise Mosaic Tiger 22-1 at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, Nov. 15, 2021. The DICE kits were implemented during this exercise to support Command and Control concepts by giving access to Joint World Intelligence Communication Systems. Mosaic Tiger 22-1 is a Command and Control exercise designed to test and hone the Lead Wing concept, generating airpower to austere and dispersed locations while combating degraded communications.
