Ryan Henschel, rigger, Code 740, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, steers a side piece hull section from the ex-USS Minneapolis-St. Paul toward its laydown area at Dry Dock 3, as part of the ship recycling program. Together, shops and codes across the shipyard, cut up and recycle approximately 6.900 tons of material during a project.
