Timothy Shields reunites with a loved one during the return of the Seawolf-class fast-attack submarine USS Connecticut (SSN 22) to its homeport in Bremerton, Washington, Dec. 21, following a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
