Elsie Hartmann, a WWII Marine Corps veteran at her 100th birthday party in West Sparta, New York, Jan. 9, 2022. The Marines with RS Albany presented Sgt. Hartmann a plaque as well as a proclamation signed by Col. Phillip N. Ash, the commanding officer of 1st Marine Corps District.
