These surveys are mailed to Military Health System beneficiaries #AcrosstheMHS after they receive care at DHA medical treatment facilities. They provide beneficiaries a formal opportunity to give feedback. JOES measures the beneficiary’s experience with care received from their provider at the MTF and enables leadership to monitor patient satisfaction and implement change as appropriate.
