DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (Feb. 7, 2022) U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Loren Hesla, a Reservist Sailor from Myrtle Beach, S.C., assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 10 Bravo Company (MSRON-10), along with Senegalese Marines, teaches a course on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) to a class of international partner nation service members during exercise Cutlass Express 2022, Feb. 7, 2022.
