Seabees with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 (NMCB 4) construct a Mabey Johnson, a portable non-assault logistical bridge during Exercise Turning Point 22-01. Prior to deploying Seabees with NMCB 4 are evaluated on a variety of skills needed to properly implement Naval Expeditionary Combat Forces’ mission to Clear, Secure, Build and Protect throughout the Indo-Pacific. Exercise Turning Point 22-01 showcases NMCB 4’s ability to deploy task-organized engineer units to establish and sustain Expeditionary Advanced Base and Advanced Naval Bases.
