The Civil Rights Directorate, in partnership with DEOMI, has implemented SELEOS since 2009. For more than ten years, SELEOS has been an integral part of sharpening our leadership’s knowledge about Civil Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity (civilian), Equal Opportunity (military), and diversity and inclusion topics which affects the workforce.
