U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Mark A. Morgan, command sergeant major of 7th Army Training Command, ate lunch with the Soldiers from 1-3rd Attack Battalion, 12th Combat Aviation Brigade at Lielvarde Air Base, April 1, 2022. Morgan discussed how junior leaders could support and meet Soldier's needs, build individual and team resilience, and sustain readiness while training tactical proficiency. 12 CAB is among other units assigned to V Corps, America's Forward Deployed Corps in Europe that works alongside NATO Allies and regional security partners to provide combat-ready forces, execute joint and multinational training exercises, and retains command and control for all rotational and assigned units in the European Theater.
