Standing tall, ten Iraqi Army Soldiers receive a certificate stating the completion of the PLDC course conducted at FOB Justice, Iraq. The 256th BCT held the first ever PLDC class in the history of the Iraqi Army, which was a success due to the willingness of the students to learn what it means to be a NCO. As NCOs, the ten graduates will take the knowledge they learned and exercise it among their fellow troops. With the success of its first class, the Iraqi army will begin to form a NCO structure amongst the ranks of its Soldiers that will help organize and strengthen the Iraqi army in years to come.
