OKINAWA, JAPAN (May 10, 2022) -- The Henry J. Kaiser-class replenishment oiler USNS Big Horn (T-AO 198) conducts underway drills with MT SLNC Goodwill (T-AOT 5419) in Okinawa, Japan, to prepare the tanker to conduct underway replenishments. Crewed by a team of contracted mariners, Goodwill typically delivers fuel to storage and distribution facilities throughout the area. Now that the ship is certified to conduct replenishments-at-sea, Goodwill has the increased capability to sustain U.S. Navy and international partners’ and allies’ ships operating in the Indo-Pacific Region.
