YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 18, 2022) - Master Chief Personnel Specialist Phil Torio, from Pangasinan, Philippines, places a master chief petty officer combination cover on Master Chief Electrician’s Mate Jefferson Maigue, from Talofofo, Guam, during a pinning ceremony aboard USS Blue Ridge on May 18, 2022. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
