New York Air National Guard Technical Sgt. Steven Benza, a loadmaster, and Chief Master Sgt. Craig Connor, a flight engineer, who are both assigned to the 106th Rescue Wing, work to assemble beacons for a medical supply cargo drop during a mission into the North Atlantic on May 20, 2022. The 106th Rescue Wing launched a mission to drop medical supplies to the crew of the French-registered sailboat Namah which was sailing from France to Panama and was 1,200 east of Long Island.
