Nicholas Pfau, a chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense specialist assigned to Scout Sniper Platoon, 3rd Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, fires an M107 .50-caliber Special Applications Scoped Rifle during an unknown distance range at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, May 21, 2022. Marines from the Scout Sniper Platoon convened with other units from 3/23 at Fort Campbell for a mission rehearsal exercise to prepare for the upcoming Integrated Training Exercise 4-22 in the summer of 2022.
