Meet your Defender, U.S. Army Sgt. Timothy Brennan, a signal support systems specialist with headquarters platoon, 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division. Originally from Metamora, Illinois, Sgt. Brennan says he joined the Army on the recommendation of his close friends who told him it was great opportunity. The Army keeps him busy, he says, and allows him to work with his hands, something Brennan enjoys. During his time in the Army Sgt. Brennan has been on rotation in Kuwait and spent two months in Syria. Sgt. Brennan is an expert marksman and his ACFT score is 562. He is also combatives level one and two certified.
