Joseph Hjelmstad, state senior enlisted leader, recognize the Beeber family as the Army National Guard Volunteer Family of the Year during an annual command retreat at the historic Camp Dodge Pool Pavilion in Johnston, Iowa, on May 26, 2022. The Army National Guard selects one family a year from the 54 state and territories who demonstrate exceptional service to the National Guard’s Soldier and Family Readiness Program.
