BALTIMORE, Maryland (May 31, 2022) - Engineman 2nd Class Edward Davis, center, and Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Meaghan Carr of Navy Reserve Center (NRC) Baltimore hold fender lines as historic ship USS Constellation is eased into its new berth in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. NRC Baltimore Sailors assisted as part of a working relationship between the command and Historic Ships in Baltimore, an organization dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of several historic ships and sites in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
