Chief of Naval Research Rear Adm. Lorin Selby (center left) and Rear Admiral James Parkin CBE, of the Royal Navy, cut a ribbon to celebrate the grand opening of the London Tech Bridge. The U.K.-based Tech Bridge will leverage partnerships with the U.S. Office of Naval Research Global and Royal Navy Office of the Chief Technology Officer to foster connectivity, agility and innovation.
