The 111th Logistics Readiness Squadron held its annual resiliency day here on June 16, 2022, a day to focus on Airmen resilience, one of the most important life skills to learn. After a morning of briefings and discussions related to the four pillars of fitness with the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator, Director of Psychological Health, Family Readiness Group Program Manager and the Chaplain, the 111th LRS had a potluck and cookout followed by team-building events. The four pillars of fitness--physical, mental, social, and spiritual--help our Airmen remain resilient and put them on a path to stay fit and ready to serve. The highlight of the day was the Bocce Ball tournament. The winners, (left to right) Staff Sgt. Steven Morgan, Tech. Sgt. Jacob Denis, Senior Airman David Brown and Staff Sgt. Richard Williams, pose with the tournament trophy. (Air National Guard Photo by Airman 1st Class Tavy Sovann)
