Col. Joshua Zaker, commander, 22nd Operations Group, McConnell Air Force Base, passes the 64th Air Refueling Squadron unit guidon to Lt. Col. Brandon Stock, incoming commander, during an assumption of command ceremony held at Pease Air National Guard Base on July 8, 2022, in Newington, New Hampshire. The 64th was temporarily deactivated after the 157th Air Refueling Wing divested the KC-135 Stratotanker. It returned to help support the Wing's new complement of a dozen KC-46A refuelers. The unit is expected to staff 160 Airmen at Pease by December 2023. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Tech. Sgt. Charles Johnston)
