    Medical Research and Development Command

    The U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine held a ribbon cutting ceremony for its High Altitude Research Laboratory at Pikes Peak, Colorado, on June 28. Brig. Gen. Anthony McQueen, commanding general of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command and Fort Detrick, and Col. Troy Morton, commander of the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine, were joined by members of the teams who contributed to completing USARIEM's HARL facility.
