Adriana Castro, gather outside BACH medical facilities at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin used to by the task force in support of Operation Allies Welcome. Allard led a team that planned and transformed the hospital’s reserve medical SRP buildings on Fort McCoy into a high-functioning medical campus used by federal and non­federal medical organizations, supporting medical, dental, and vision screening for Afghans during OAW.
