U.S. Marines with 3d Battalion, 2nd Marines take off in a UH-1Y Venom assigned to Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 469 during aerial sniper drills on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, July 20, 2022. This training increased the Marines' proficiency and lethality while engaging targets from an aircraft in flight. 3/2 is forward deployed in the Indo-Pacific under 4th Marines, 3d Marine Division as part of the Unit Deployment Program.
