U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Trevor Hancock, a scout sniper team leader with 3d Battalion, 2d Marines, prepares to conduct aerial sniper drills on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, July 20, 2022. This training increased the Marine’s proficiency and lethality while engaging targets from an aircraft in flight. 3/2 is forward deployed in the Indo-Pacific under 4th Marines, 3d Marine Division as part of the Unit Deployment Program.
