James Dickinson, U.S. Space Command commander, presides over a joint service commissioning ceremony of 42 cadets from the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Corps, May 13, 2022, at Colorado State University, Colo. Dickinson, a 1985 CSU graduate, spoke with cadets about the privilege to serve and the evolving challenges in the space domain.
