Yemeni entrepreneur Fayza Salim Nany displays her clothing products at the JO Fashion Expo in Amman, Jordan in February 2022. Ms. Nany successfully built a clothing company in Yemen – so successful in attracting customers, in fact, that she was struggling to complete large orders for school and factory uniforms. So she turned to @USAID to improve the skills and productivity of her four existing employees and eight potential new hires through targeted training. Thanks to these improvements, the company’s revenues increased by 60 percent over a 10-month period, which Ms. Nany has passed on to employees by increasing their salaries.. Photo Credit: ERLP.
