1-2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team’s commander, Col. Kwenton Kuhlman, conducts a team-building ruck march with new officers and cadets on August 11, 2022, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. Col. Kuhlman began the ruck by stressing the importance of leadership. As new officers, each of these Soldiers will have the responsibility of leadership.
