NETC’s MTS Program is a voluntary program designed to develop and qualify those individuals who possess advanced knowledge, skills and abilities that will enhance the delivery of quality education and training in the Navy. NTTC Meridian provides entry-level “A” school training to students in administration and supply ratings, as well as extensive training to top-performing naval personnel in the yeoman rating to qualify as flag writers.
