U.S. Marines and U.S. Navy Sailors with Battalion Landing Team 2/5, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, conduct a care under fire class aboard USS Miguel Keith (ESB-5), in the Philippine Sea, Aug. 13, 2022. BLT 2/5 conducted medical classes aboard the ESB 5 to further educate their Marines on tactical combat casualty care procedures. The 31st MEU is operating aboard ships of Amphibious Assault Ship USS Tripoli Amphibious Ready Group in the 7th fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with allies and partners and serve as a ready response force to defend peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
