Sgt. 1st Class Randal Vierck, a Radiology Specialist, operates a C-Army to provide continuous x-ray imagery for a surgeon. Soldiers from TF MED 374 staff a Role 3 hospital that treats United States military personnel as well as Coalition military members under their area of responsibility. Role 3 hospitals have the ability to perform all categories of surgery, from emergent trauma surgeries that require blood transfusions and other lifesaving measures, to minor surgeries that only require local anesthetics. TF MED 374 is staffed with some of the most experienced medical personnel the Army has to offer to keep our military members healthy and ready for any mission presented to them.
