Since the beginning of April 2022, the 66th Transportation Company, 39th Transportation Battalion, has conducted transportation operations in support of the Ukrainian Crisis. The 66th Transportation Company’s support, while working with NATO partners, ensured Ukrainian Soldiers received the equipment and ammunition designated to them, and demonstrates the U.S. commitment to this operation and to our NATO partners. During these support operations, the 66th Transportation Company has been the most active Transportation Company in the U.S. Army. From June through August, 2022, the 66th Transportation Company has delivered 305 20-foot containers of materials and equipment, driven 384,048 miles, and operated a vehicle for 17,764 man hours or two calendar’s years’ worth of hours. To ensure these operations occurred without any issues, the 66th Transportation Company operated their vehicle and soldiers like clockwork.
