SANTA RITA, Guam (Aug. 22, 2022) Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Tyler Moore and Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Luis Castillo, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, conduct training on the MK-31 tractor variant of the medium tactical vehicle replacement at Camp Covington, Naval Base Guam, Santa Rita, Guam, August 22, 2022.
