A U.S. Army CH-47 Chinook helicopter from the Iowa Army National Guard delivers a historic U.S. Air Force F-80 Shooting Star to the Air National Guard paint facility in Sioux City, Iowa on September 15, 2022. The F-80 had been on display at the Iowa National Guard headquarters at Camp Dodge in Johnston, Iowa. The Iowa Air National Guard’s 174th Fighter Squadron had flown the F-80C during the early 1950’s.
