The placement of new medical equipment fills the interior of the temporary structure at Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital in Christiansted on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. FEMA is providing $111 million for the facility, which will take the place of the main hospital until a replacement facility is complete. Juan F.
