PALAWAN, Philippines (Sept. 2, 2022) Members of the Philippine Army 18th Special Forces Group (SFG) carry a simulated casualty during Joint Combined Exchange Training event with U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific in Palawan, Philippines, Sept. 2, 2022. U.S. Indo-Pacific Command elements regularly conduct large and small-scale training events with the Philippine Army 18th SFG.
