Recently, Maj. Gen. Kerry L. Muehlenbeck, Director of Arizona’s Department of Emergency and Military Affairs, announced the new partnership between the Sultanate of Oman and the Arizona National Guard Oct. 13, through the National Guard Bureau’s State Partnership Program.
