From the roof of the VA Stockton Community Based Outpatient Clinic, the building envelope and parking lot are visible, showing what work crews with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have accomplished in almost three years of construction as of October 17, 2022. With the outer shell of the building almost finished, crews will spend the next few months installing and testing interior systems. The facility is scheduled for completion in 2023.
