A U.S. Air Force HH-60G Pave Hawk prepares to receive fuel from a HC-130J Combat King II assigned to the 1st Expeditionary Rescue Group as they practice Helicopter Air-to-Air Refueling (HAAR) within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, October 13, 2022. The primary mission of the Pave Hawk is to conduct day or night personnel recovery operations into hostile environments to recover isolated personnel during conflict.
