Allison, command sergeant major of Battlegroup Poland and the command sergeant major of the 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division (3-1 ABCT), instructs the Soldiers assembled before him to begin the NATO patch ceremony, where the Soldiers of the 3-1 ABCT symbolically replace the 1st Cavalry Division patch worn on the left sleeve, with the NATO Battlegroup patch representing their commitment to the NATO mission at Bemowo Piskie, Poland, Oct. 21, 2022.
