Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor fuel distribution system workers turn a valve to begin unpacking F76 marine diesel fuel during an unpacking operation onboard Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii, Oct. 27, 2022. The unpacking operation will remove approximately one million gallons of fuel from three primary fuel pipelines connecting the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) to fuel points on JBPHH.
