Joint Task Force-Red Hill (JTF-RH) team members, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor fuel distribution system workers, a representative from the Department of Health and the U.S. Coast Guard, observe and inspect fuel barge operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii, Oct. 28, 2022. The unpacking operation will remove approximately one million gallons of fuel from three primary fuel pipelines connecting the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) to fuel points on JBPHH.
