Joshua Kaufman, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor Supervisory Distribution Facilities Specialist, and other NAVSUP FLC Pearl Harbor Fuel Distribution System Specialists open tank valves aboard U.S. Navy Fuel Oil Barge (YON 328) during an unpacking operation at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii, Oct. 28, 2022. The unpacking operation will remove approximately one million gallons of fuel from three primary fuel pipelines connecting the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) to fuel points on JBPHH.
