Christopher A. Browning, Commanding Officer, Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic, Captain Darren W. Nelson, Executive Officer, Master Gunnery Sergeant David Menusa, Senior Enlisted Leader, and Aviation Electronics Technician Senior Chief William R. Liddle, Senior Enlisted Advisor, lead the command in a Marine Corps birthday formation run. In celebration of the United States Marine Corps' 247th birthday, Marines, Sailors, and Civilians of Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic (EWTGLANT) participate in a 247 mile run. This USMC birthday celebration run began the afternoon of Monday, November 7th with individual runners running in 10 minute continuous increments, over two nights, for the initial 246 miles and finished the 247th mile with a formation run on Wednesday, November 9th.
