    Aviation Ordnanceman 3rd Class Matthew Short, from Mount Dora, Florida, assigned to the "Ragin' Bulls" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 37, manually operates the collapsable wing of an F/A-18E Super Hornet on the first-in-class aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) flight deck, Nov. 12, 2022. Exercise Silent Wolverine is a U.S.-led, combined training exercise that tests Ford-class aircraft carrier capabilities through integrated high-end naval warfare scenarios alongside participating allies in the Eastern Atlantic Ocean.
