U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Vinson and Cpl. Vargaslugo, with Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, are awarded the Naval and Marine Corps Achievement Medal at Naval Support Facility Indian Head, Maryland, Nov. 15, 2022. The Marines were awarded for assisting an intoxicated male who swerved off the road into a ditch ending in a collision with a tree. Cpl.
