A U.S. Air Force KC-135 Statotanker assigned to the Iowa Air National Guard’s 185th Air Refueling Wing is back on the ramp at its home base in Sioux City, Iowa on November 22, 2022, after being gone for nearly seven months. All of the unit’s aircraft had been operating from remote locations because a construction project kept runway closed in Sioux City for several months.
